More knockdowns! After being on the canvas Andre Berto comes back to stop Victor Ortiz.
Andre Berto got off the canvas to beat Victor Ortiz in the 4th round to redeem his loss back in 2011 at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.
Andre Berto seemed to be fighting on stiff legs from the first bell, he didn’t look completely comfortable and paid the price in the second round. Ortiz landed a beautiful straight left hand sending Berto to the deck. Berto seemed like he struggled to get set after the Knockdown.
After a nice start for Ortiz, who was boxing well for the first three rounds, Berto changed the fight in an instant with a fantastic uppercut dropping Ortiz and leaving him very stunned.
Just moments later, after Ortiz had just got to his feet, Berto jumped on Victor, dropping him again, Ortiz was unable to continue.
Fantastic win for Berto, now he moves on to bigger and better things in the welterweight division.
