David Haye is on his way back, after beating Mark di Mori back in January he now has he’s next fight booked in. Haye had a press conference today announcing his opponent for May 21st.
Haye will be fighting at the O2 in London again for Haye Day 2.
David Haye, now 35, looks set to take this comeback extremely seriously, having as many fights as he can back to back.
Haye has made it very clear that he is going for Anthony Joshua and the other big names out there. Should Charles Martin beat Anthony Joshua, Haye has shown interest in fighting him too.
Not many people believe David Haye need to prove himself. Haye has shown that he is a serious threat to the current heavyweight scene. With his speed and heavy hands many believe he could give the top guys a good run for their money.
Haye will be facing Arnold ‘The Cobra’ Gjergjaj. Originally from Kosovo but now living in Switzerland this guy has a unbeaten record of 29-0-0 with 21 knockouts.
Looks like an interesting match up. Time will tell if he will pose as a threat to David Haye.
