Joshua stands at 6ft 6ins tall and weighs 16 stone. He is one hell of a power house. But, this much power needs feeding. Joshua will have in the mornings, four pieces of toast covered in bake beans, with seven poached eggs all on a layer of spinach. Then he rinses it all down with a protein shake.
